I have a 1987 XJ Dana 44. Dana BOM 605342-3 which indicates a 3.54 ring and pinion with open diff. It is complete drum to drum with 11" brakes.

I'm asking $400obo.

I can install gears of your choice for $200 + parts

local pick-up preferred but will ship at your expense or can meet within reason. I'm located in DFW.

I'm looking at doing a lift with new rear leafs on my 01 with a D35. How bolt up is this?

need new u bolts and either a drive shaft from a jeep with a D44 or if you have an SYE installed you can use a front drive shaft in the rear.... other than that it will bolt straight up...
