Does anyone in the SD area have a spare XJ rear end with 4.10s in it that I could possibly borrow for a day or two? I'd like to find out just how 4.10s would feel on my Jeep. I know it is a long shot but I figured I'd ask. Thanks.

Put on some..205/75/15.. This would be very close to 410, I THINK.. This is less work by the way..

I have a set of stocker xj rims with stock tires. I'll check the size when I get home today, but I think they're about that small.
If It'll work out, you're very welcome to borrow them. (If you think it'll work for your experiment)

p.s. I'm using one as my spare tire, so if you take all four, maybe you could leave me a 235/75ish spare. lemme know, brother.

What size tires and gears do you have now?

I'm on 32s with 3.55s. I need to decide if I should go 4.10s or 4.56s. I can get 4.10 axles out of a 4-banger for cheap.
I already had 235s on my Jeep, I'd like to be able to tell just how this will feel with my tires and lift.

Just put the 4.56s in and be done with it. especially if you have an auto. You can also find 4.56 gears with a 4 banger automatic. The manuals usually had the 4.10s. It'll be a hard find, but it's possible.

Alright then nevermind, guess I don't need to borrow a rear end. Thanks.
