Dana 30 Axle shaft thread size?

Hey I just wanted to know if anybody has measured the thread size of the axle shaft end.I know the nut takes a 36 MM socket,but what is the thread size? 1.88 ? or MM? If anyone has an axle on hand to measure that would be great-kinda hard to get to without pulling the cotter pin and nut off to measure....thanx
