I would think it best people handle thier own, if someone reserves a block and everyone doesn't know to ask for that block then the campground could get "sold out" and people would have to stay elswhere, when in fact there is plenty of room.

This has happened to me, not at Harlan, but it could happen.

We are going to let attendees pay for their own park reservations and ride permits. It is easier and cheaper for everyone this way.

I am proud to say that I will be there for the crawl. Not sure what I am going to do camping wise yet, but a cabin sounds like the way to go.

Yes. Harlan County Campground is public and so is Harlan. So we will be one of probably many there.

All attendees will need to make their own reservations. Tell Steven you are part of the NAXJA group and hopefully he can get everyone together. The campground isn't huge but there is the lower campsite (nice and grassy and where most will be staying) and the upper site which it just up the hill.

A successful WF trip this weekend means I'm really looking forward to Harlan :)

Just some things to tidy up and the heep will be an excellent wheeler.
