Dana 30/35 overhaul and ring and pinion kits

Hi, I intend regearing from stock 3.55 ratio to 4.1 ratio to run my 31" tyres. At the same time I intend installing overhaul kits on both the front and rear diff.

What will be the best kits/brands to go for for both the overhaul and diff kits? I've also noticed that some overhaul kits include 4 bearings and some 6...I'd prefer the latter.

i assume you mean from 3.55 to 4.10? Check out www.ringpinion.com, randy's ring and pinion. They usually run some good deals with front/rear ring and pinion/rebuild kits that come with everything you need and instructional videos for 5-600.
