I have an old 160 amp Link-Arc welder that I purchased in the 90's. It has been stored in my garage since 2001 when I joined the army. The alternator was repaired once with new bearings after my harmonic balancer fell apart. The shop that repaired it sprayed the alternator black without my permission. I was mad but he only charged me $20 and I was stuck in Kentucky so I couldn't say too much.
I burned out the voltage regulator and replaced it with a non-heavy duty version to get me home years ago. Premier Power Welder now sells a real nice heavy duty voltage regulator for $65.
I have the extra long welding cables and the adjustable throttle control. I also have the XJ 4.0L mounting brackets and the original instruction manual.
$400 firm
