new jeep to me have a question

so i just got a 1988 cherokee for 400 bucks. devent shape but does need a transmission. right now it has the pouegot in it. From my last jeep i remember this being a junk trans. was thinking about going to do the ax-15 swap and have read up on it quite abit. i guess my question would be if i ended up doing this and getting the matching np231 would i have to get new drivelines or would everything match up okay? thanks for the time
