I have a 96 H.O. with a bad head, what year will they interchange?

All will interchange, but you DON'T want the 2000/2001 (and possibly some '99's) 0331 head

You have the 0630 head, which were from 96-99. You could also use the 7120 head, which were from 91-95.

Not directly - the intake ports are too low on the side of the head.
1991-1995 (7120) will work, 1996-1999/2000 (0630) will work. 1999/2000-2007 (0331) will work, but get that from a 2002-up WJ/WK/TJ, since it's the revised casting.
