wiper question

Is your's an '88, posa? If so, you have an intermittant wiper module under your dash in addition to the switch. The wiper motor is the same.

you'll need to change the wiper switch in the steering column and follow the wiring from there to the base of the column. The first plug you find can be separated and the delay module will fit between the two halves of the
harness.
from the donor, you'll want:
wiper /turnsignal lever
wiper switch
wiper module
or:
steering column complete
wiper module

As long as the vintage is the same (RENIX-RENIX) etc. the motor will work but they did change the plug/wire harness over the years. I have a thread in OEM tech about how to take a 96 HO wiper motor and wire in the RENIX era plug. The 96 motor and transmission is much smoother
