FS window binding... why?

Changed the lf window regulator. Tested the regulator and it works fine.
Now that it's in place it seems the window gets a little skewed and binds up and i can't see no reason why it should do that.
Has anybody else had problems like this?

The judicious application of a very small amount of spray silicone lubricant--while the engine is off and please, just a little goes a very long way, to the front and rear window channels will "smooth" things up a bit.
