I have the vinyl floor in my 96. Its awesome once you get it installed. Its a bit of pain to put in, but worth it in the end.
I got mine from automotiveinteriors.com
Here is the thread showing the install.

I bought a black vinyl floor for an '85 from JW Whitney cataloge once. It was adequate.
Did what it needed to. Wasn't as pliable as I had hoped. Needed to wrestle and trim it to get it in and it still "bubbled" in places.
Good luck.

Bought mine from Auto Custom Carpets. Decent kit, but had some of the same issues Stump did. After installing it once, I would do it again. Just dont use your original carpet as a guide and take your time.

The factory carpet in my 98 has a rubber backing. I wonder if there is a way to get carpet off of it.

i did the vinyl also. i probably have about 16 hours in mine and in certain areas there are the "bubbles" and there was no way to get it perfect with my shock bar in the back so i trimmed it around the edges so it is just on the floor and i painded the interior part of the wheel wells. i wont ever do it again. i will just buy carpet. it is a pain in the butt to keep clean. overall i wont do it again. definately not a perfect mold at all.
