Been looking for an 87' XJ w a 44 for bout 5 years to throw in my 90'.Finally found her yesterday.And only had to drive 60 miles to get her.Pourin down rain.Got there and threw a battery in it and it fired right up. Talked him down to $400 and halued her home.After the rain quit i go out to check it out to find thats its got perfect black interior and only 141,000 miles on it.

It's always nice to get a smokin' deal considering how much we pay for most Heep parts. On the same token, I got a D-44 from an 87' for $80 about two years ago and two weeks ago I got a set of shafts out of an 87' MJ for $60, I just love being at the right junk yard at the right time. I hope that it serves you well for many years to come, I can attest to the fact that it's a great, great axle.
