Maggie Valley, NC

I'm going to be camping in the Maggie Valley Area in NC this weekend. I'm hoping to get in a bit of light wheeling at some point. If anyone knows of any local trails or wants to meet up for a few hours of wheeling, please let me know. My cherokee is on a 3.5" lift with a front locker and 30"s, so mildly capable. I don't want to hit anything terribly harcore though, as it's my only trasnportation home!

yeah im up for some wheelin im over in asheville, bout a 45 min drive. don't know any good trails in the area though

This is in the places to ride stickie...

It is there, the trail literally turns directly off of I-40 and goes on up to come out near the top of Max Patch road if it is all open.

The whole Pigeon River Gorge area has a number of good trails... drop me a line sometime and we will head that way.

I wish my heep was able to run I would be up to join yall up there in for some easy riding if it was.

A guy on jeepforum said he's got some land in the area with some old logging trails and was looking for a meet. I posted a reply and if he's down for something this weekend I'll post the link here. =)
