Rear type

Can someone assist in the best way to identify the rear in my Jeep. Are there numbers/letters on the diff that would make sense? Any other way to find this out??

What year is it and does it have ABS brakes?

Thanks for the reply. Its an 89 Cherokee Larado, no ABS. I want to say its a Dana 35 but need to verify it.

It probably is a 35 but to be sure the rib on the center section is stampped with a 35 C HTH!
