I can't decide which is more hilarious... the fact that they got past Secret Service, or the fact she thinks she's the next Kelly Ripa!:laugh:

It's pretty hilarious that they got past the Secret Service. What kind of job description is "aspiring washington socialite" anyways? I think I'd rather be shot in the face than have that label applied to me, or worse, aspire to be such a thing.

I doubt they got past the Secret Service. They were most likely "waved through" by some WH staffer. Why don't they release the entrance gate video, they have about 4 cameras at every gate.
Someone in the WH approved them at the gate, and someone wants it covered up.
Remember the little fish in the Military Affairs Office that fell on the sword for the AF-1 photo op? Same scenario.

So you're saying they threw Secret Service under the bus?
That sucks...

More than one meaning to "Taking one for the President".

I'm more curious what got past the radar as these so called whitehouse reporters and mainstream media were busy covering the social set and taking up huge amounts of space on the CNN pages...

Oh come on Rich, it's not like the media/president would ever try and distract us from something important that they don't want us to know about...

And even more interesting is the Prez, VP, and Speaker all in the same place at the same time. Isn't there a rule or tradition that this doesn't happen? And now that security has been proven to be so porous!

I just wonder why everyone is making such a fuss. They did it for publicity plain and simple. The next person that tries it may just end up shot!

I can't seem to find the details of how were they found out. They seemed to have finished the evening and posted facebook pictures and then ... the media is chattering about crashers all of a sudden

Mr. Obama and his wife were there also.

Misunderstood White House party crashers. I don't understand why the White House is so upset about the 2 party crashers at the president's state dinner the other night.
Is it really appropriate and politically correct to call them party crashers just because they trespassed? Does that make them criminals? Isn't that discrimination? Shouldn't they be rewarded for such bold and brave behavior? Maybe they were just trying to feed their family?
I would suggest that it's more appropriate to call them "Undocumented Guests!"
Just because they weren't officially invited doesn't mean they should be treated like criminals. Maybe they should get free health care, free housing, free legal services, and free White House green cards so next time, they can bring their families and relatives too!
How can the president be mad at them just because they crossed over some arbitrary man made border? They were only there to do the things that regularly invited guests didn't want to do - like hang out with Joe Biden.
How can the White House punish these poor, oppressed undocumented visitors? Where is Jesse Jackson, Al Sharpton, and the ACLU when you need them?

I love how they're bawling and being all butthurt about how it's "ruining their lives" that the media is focusing on it. WTF?

Wasn't this their ticket to a reality show? Move over Kardashians and Flavor Flave.

I got through the lady saying two words before I clicked out out of the video. Absolutely terrible.
