Welcome!

Check your IAC sensor and make sure it's clean. It's one of the two on the front side of your throttle body. The other is the TPS. Might be something else, but it's an easy check and helped my idle problems.

Welcome looks like a decent starting platform. Now is the fun stuff. Learning the rig, building it for personal needs. What year? Reminds me of a 95 for some reason.

it is a 95, i already replaced the map sensor tps and iac or etc, the exhaust mani has a huge crack in it before the o2 sensor so i think that might be the prob, i have a brand new oem replacment mani to install, anyone know how long that takes to do?

Repair or replace the manifold. Exhaust leaks upstream of the o2 sensor, sensor detects lean condition, PCM extends the duration of the injectors firing causing more problems.

When you repair or replace the exhaust manifold, add a SS flex section between the CAT and downpipe, that will help relieve stress on the manifold from body flex and motor mounts.

Use some throttle body safe spray cleaner to clean the throttle body. Pull IAC, it is a stepper motor rather than a sensor, and clean it and where it mounts in the throttle body. It controls the idle based on signals from the PCM.

Nice haircut!

1. Learn some firearm safety.

2. Learn to use the search (http://www.naxja.org/forum/showthread.php?t=80053) function.

3. If this site saves you more than $35 a year, then give back by either supporting the forum or becoming a full member.

Other than that, welcome.

Why? Becasue he has his finger ON the trigger?
He has earplugs in - looks like he's been shooting.

Are those red things empty shotgun shells - behind him on the ground?

NEVER PUT YOUR FINGER ON THE TRIGGER UNTIL YOU ARE READY TO FIRE!

He is looking at the camera, not where his pistol is aimed. Therefore, he is breaking one of the cardinal rules of firearms safety.

I think he was being sarcastic.

Aside from that pic showing you breaking two rules of firearms safety at once (there can still be a round in the chamber with the clip out, eh? http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/32804431/) and your subsequent angry rebuttal to people calling you on it, I see nothing wrong.

1. Pretty much any pic you post is fair game for that kind of stuff; especially in the OT
2. There is a gun nut or two and a couple of military/vets/LEO types on here. They/We (almost) all take firearms and FA safety VERY seriously (in case you hadn't noticed). :D
3. 9mm is like .45 set to Stun.
