It is an Overhead Miniaturized Surveillance Camera--or a receiver for the completely useless infrared remote. What year?

If your CB doesn't draw much current, you even have a convenient source of power... the pink wire is constant 12V, as I recall the white wire with a black stripe is ignition switched power. Check this with your Haynes manual or FSM though.
