a little rough!

i just finished up the upper half of my 99 4.0 engine. head/valves redone, injectors cleaned, new exhaust manifold, and scrubbed the s--- out of the intake and throttle body (less sensors). re-assembled and it started right away with no problem but a rough idle as it gets warm and a check engine light! seems like its running a little rich. will auto zone it for a trouble code but any ideas?

Did you do the PCM master reset for the addaptive learning in the computer? That would seem to make sense...

Speculating is pretty tough and not of too much value (ie; often wrong). Gotta pull the codes and see where that leads you.
