Tera knuckle insstall tips

i picked it up the other day the tera hystear nuckle for d30 and was wondering if there are any tips on install ing are removeing the knuckle?

When I had to remove mine to do balljoints I found that after stripping the axle down to the housing and knuckles:

1. loosen the nuts for the balljoints but don't take them off. This way the knuckle will not fall on the ground or your foot.

2. For me, most important, BFH

would a pickle fork make it easer or is it not necicary?

I tried that didn't work. The only thing that worked for me was bfh. Some people have had luck with heat.

Will when I had to take mine off after the little mishap I i just smaked the piss outta it with a hammer made me feel a little better about the whole situation too.

I did what brent is suggesting. I just loosened the nuts till they were almost off, and then it only took one blow per knuckle(3lb mini-sledge) to get them off. HTH
