And also built a belly skid. Made of 1/4" steel. Pretty beefy, used the JCR and DPG one to go off of. I think it turned out nice. The box I cut for the catalytic converter could of been nicer cut, but o well with with me. use a hole saw and cut 4 1" holes to let watter drain out. Mounting this weekend. 3 bolts per side and 4 into the crossmember as well.

Lol I wouldent mind making a few sets of guards for people, or even a belly skid. Pm me if so.

Really like the belly pan... However I think the the quarter guards could go up higher, you could still experience damage. Does it go underneath the bushwhackers? If so it must really strengthen the mounting of the flares which is definitely a plus.

I would going to make it go up higher, like almost to the bottom of the window, but I ran out of 10ga, and dident want to spend time bending it or anything. But if someone would want it like that I would be more than willing to work on it and get them to go up higher. Ya they go underneath the bushwacker. It made them alot stronger on the mounting point, since they go through the 10ga and the body to. I really like them.

Looking good Chad! Are you gonna use self tappers for the 3 bolts per side or are you gonna use the nutserts like JCR? Also are those side mounting holes slotted just in case you take off the t-case drop later?

My plan was to drill through the frame and have the bolts go all the way through like DPG's does. And the holes are just plain holes not slotted. When I take out the t-case drop ill slot them. My teachers looking at getting a machine that slots holes, but dosent have one yet.

I really like the looks of the quarter guards! What might you charge to make a set that also have built in tail lights? Similar to the Thor guards.

Shoot me a PM if this is an idea you would possibly entertain. :)
