Just got the MRI results, seems 38 is the new old, I have a form of arthritis on C3 & C4. Good times...
I guess years of training & working out to build the muscular physic that you know me for has taken it's toll on my poor tired body.

I tried that yesterday, a bottle of Zin for lunch a Cadillac for dinner didn't help a bit. Course, I'll keep trying, cause it didn't not help either;)
