That looks like Cains Mill Rd. But, I'm probably wrong, most unpaved roads in NJ look alike to me. :)

The road name escapes me for the moment, fairly heavily traveled in dry weather, easily take a car through here.
You can see one log floating in there, the waterlogged ones are what hangs up the stock rigs.
