Need OTK help very badly!

I have the otk setup, but am having issues with my track bar binding with my tie rod bar. I know that i have to relocate the track bar, but i have a disconnect style housing, and don't know if i can weld to cast iron. My friend dan offered a few suggestions on how to make it work, Do you guys have any ideas aside from pulling everything and going back to stock?

You can weld to the housing, just move the track bar.
