Several days ago, a harmless thread (so I thought) was started about my Jeep, and its approximate location.

Exhibit #1

And I quote: "Drove by a pre '96 tan (2 door?) XJ today located near this intersection, south of Mississippi in the neighborhoods to be more precise. Parked in front of a house, missing its front bumper, appears to have a lift with a rear tire carrier. Naxja CO chapter sticker on the rear window, and additional sticker on the driver side fender. Curious who this might be, didn't know another member was so close! I'll see if I can swing by again and take a picture if no one knows.

I thought it was Troy, maybe, but I'm pretty sure he'd be heading for my gay Cowboy bling:dunno:...plus, he's pretty far away.

Then I thought my membership had been revoked - forcefully. First the sticker, then my name goes black, and then slowly fades away....

The only place I've parked was at church on Sunday, and in front of my house. I'm hoping for a prank:jester:, 'cuz that's pretty ballzy for someone I don't know to spend a minute or two, in front of my house, to remove my walker wear intact.

Damn. Sorry Steve. I tried to be somewhat discrete with the location of your XJ, in hopes that something like this wouldn't happen.

If the mystery continues, let me know. I believe I have one laying around here somewhere. And even then, if I don't, I'd be happy to buy you another.

No worries Scott. I honestly don't blame you, at all. I thought it was pretty cool that someone was asking about my Jeep. I really hope that it wasn't someone we know from this site who did it. Yeah, it's just 5 bucks, but that's just wrong.

I guess better my sticker than a vanity (LUVMYJP) plate.

I know it's only a sticker but it still sucks.

Maybe the stickers should be issued (sold) with the members membership number written in sharpee.

You don't have to be a National member to get a Chapter sticker. Besides, where would you put the number?
