Front end issue

Just found out i have a slight issue with the front end on my heep..I noticed after i put a new set of 15/235/75's my passenger side tire rubs the rubber fender guard when i cut the wheels to the driver side..Not bad but it does rub.I noticed the front bumper was slightly out of level and crawled up underneath and the bumper bracket was slightly bent..However i seen no other damage or anything else bent..I just cant figure out why the drivers side clears with ease and the passenger side rubs..The heep drives great,Like new i would say..Any reason that would cause this like maybe a worn bushing or something else?Thanks

Is it lifted? If so, your track bar isn't adjusted correctly to center the axle.

Nope not yet never been lifted.However it does seem that the drivers side sits a bit higher than the passenger side.
