I'll be the first to admit that I'm retarded. I had a Sears card...not the visa or mastercard one...just the "store" card. I cut it up awhile ago so I wouldn't rack up a bill. I forgot though that I had bought some things on it and now I can't call the number on the back to pay by my debit card over the phone. I already have a late payment fee and they keeping calling my house. I'd write a check but don't have any and don't want any.

Anybody have a sears card with the 1-800 # on the back for card member services?
All the numbers online are not the number I'm looking for. Its the blue sears card....not the visa or mastercard one.
Thanks

Answer the phone?

Tell them you want to pay with your debit card.

Do they not send you a monthly statement?
800#'s probably on there somewhere.

That was easy....:conceited

I would have thought that when they call, you could ask the caller what you need to do to pay it off with the debit card. Of course, that's assuming that there is an intelligent human being at the other end, and there isn't always. How about if you call your nearest Sears store, and see if there's a person to help you, or perhaps go there and see if someone at the service counter is on the ball.

Go pay it at the friggin store..... I have not used my sears card in about 4 years, we pay for everything in cash now, I'm not getting sucked into that 19% plus interest rate, if I can't pay cash I dont need it...
