looking for a start

as i said in the forum, i am moving to FT Stewart in january. i may or may not be able to bring my XJ back to the states though, so i am trying to find one already there. i already have the lift parts, and all that, but i will need an XJ to put them on. it doesnt have to be pretty, i just need it to run, and drive so i cna use it while i am waiting on my parts to arrive from Germany. i will also need tires, 33's or so aught to do it. i have all the makings of a 5.5 inch lift, but i am gonna need a good driver to put them on. i am looking to spend around 1500 or so. so if anyone has anything let me know... again, i gotta be able to drive it.
