Winch bumper plans

I am looking at possibly building myself a winch bumper for my xj but really dont know where to start. I really like the old bpi fab bumpers and want to make somthing similar. Does anyone know where i can get some plans?

Start looking at the front of your junk. Take measurements, sketch out plans, write stuff down, ect... Or just start cutting and drilling metal, and build while it is on the rig, step by step. Another way is to use cardboard or something similar to use as a template. Got to be creative.
