Aprox. $70.00 each at the dealership. You may also need the metal brackets that go behind.

My old man found loads of Xjs in the bone yard (Chicago area) after the Clunkers thing. We grabbed 2 sets of Limited flares and brackets for less than 70. And yes the brackets are surprisingly pricey from the dealership.

The brackets are annoying. The bolts break off if you even look at them. If you can salvage your old ones, grind off the factory welded in bolts and throw new ones in, made out of better metal.
