Stock Up-Travel

I've done a few searches and was wondering if anyone knows what these numbers are supposed to be? I'm trying to get a baseline for fitting tires after my lift and how much I might need to adjust the bumpstops....(that's why this is in the Mod Tech section).

Just eyeballing it, my 97XJ appears to have approx 2" in front and 3" rear before the axles come into contact with the bumpstops...so that +compression...

Stock ride height would be sufficient info too if anyone knows those numbers.
