For $89 not a bad upgrade. A local 4x4 club member put one on his TJ and noticed a good power increase.

i have a jeepers and creepers TB on one of mine but added it that same time as cold air intake and a full exhaust so im not sure how it would feel if you just added the TB

the big difference i found was throttle crispness and response - man it really feels so much better underfoot! I do have a banks header, 2.5 exhaust, flowmaster dumped, KandN intake and some other mods but compared to my other XJ with a stock tb i really can feel the difference and that one has a cat back flow exhasst... it really wakes up the 4.0 - great mod... as far as MPG who knows - much better acceleration though!

I'm using a 62mm similar to that with the half-shaft and low-pro screws(paid $60-75 5 years ago). That is a good deal and is a good mod.

So how much does it actually cost?
It says its a $59 dollar core charge, is that on top of the new TB?
If I buy one and return my old TB, does that mean it costs me 30 bucks plus shipping?

I have the chino header, custom intake, and flowmaster also. Figured this was the next step in getting that extra power.

Oh yeah, make sure if you have a 96+ to request a tb with the map nipple on the side. They should have them broken down to 91-95, 96-04, 05-06, instead of 91-04, and 05-06.
