Speedo off

Not sure if it was before or after the lift, but my speedo is off by about 10 mph at 15, and probably around 15 at 60.

thought maybe the speed gear in the tcase would be the issue, but really dont know how to resolve this (except changing it out, but change it out with what?) any helpful links would be appreciated.

Stock speedo gear and 32's are your culprit. A new speedo gear would fix it, but wait until you do gears and are set on your tire size, and then determine what size speedo gear you need. Those things are expensive these days, so you will only want to change it out once.

FWIW, I got my last gear from Parts Mike for $30 + Shipping and I had it in 3 days. Every place else I looked was around $80.

That's $50 I got to spend on Dale's Pale Ale instead.
