I cut out my rusted rocker panels today.Does anybody make a rock slider that replaces the rocker panels,or do i have to have them custom made?

Pretty sure you'll have to make them custom, don't recall any companies that make this.

MADXJ has a how to on a nice set of rocker guards. I plan on doing in to mine, eventually.

If you make your own put supports up against the underside of the door sill. I used 2" square on mine. This will give you vertical support and prevent you bending the rail up into the sheetmetal. My rails are made from 2X6 but you could use 2X4. Look here:

Banditt Offroad Design makes a pretty nice setup. His shop is close to you too. I'm getting mine made at SVE Performance also in CT, but a little farther away from you.

I had him do some work a few years ago when he worked out of his house in Enfield. He has since opened a shop near there but I'm not sure exactly where it is.
