This poll is BS -

Where are they polling? The avenues? Seriously, Dan Jones needs to pull his head out of his ass. We the people of Utah DO NOT support this proposal. Thank you again media outlets for furthering the cause of pro-wilderness with your reporting.

I'm not a big fan of Dan Jones for a number of reasons. But I'm sure the wilderness group paid them for the poll, therefore the pre-question portion was loaded with bias info. or a preface... It's all $$$, sad thing is these pollsters don't make a lot... pretty competitive industry. In other words, blame the environmental group.

Not crap, just the uneducated answering questions they don’t understand. I think the poll is probably correct, just the people answering don’t understand what "protected" means and haven't been coached on how to answer. Most people in Utah like the outdoors and open land that Utah has to offer, so they would like to see it "protected" from development, mining or other ways that would limit their access. That is my guess.

Would agree with that as well, people don't get it.

lol, i used to work there. many years ago. It seemed pretty obvious that whoever hires them to do a survey helps write the questions because some of them are so slated you rarely get a "wrong" answer. If you know what I mean.

That's about what I figured.
