Custom built 54x60" roof rack for sale. It is made from 1" OD steel tubing. There are 4 PIAA lights on the front and 2 harbor freight lights on the back. It is not wired but I have plenty of 14ga wire and pastic wire loom to cover all the wires. It comes with Surco gutter rail mounts that vare brand new. I never got to put this on my jeep. The shop that made it didnt paint it, I used rustoleum black but it crinkled in some spots. To be perfect it would need to be sanded in those spots and repainted, but it is by no means bad as it is.
$350 for everything
I have everything needed to make a "fitchbox" (relays, switches, switch covers, wire, terminals, connectors) because thats what I was going to do. If you want that we could work something out, I'm not going to use the stuff
Im in PA, near Pottsville, I can travel some to meet you

Oh man. This is very tempting as I'm looking for a rack. How much of the roof does this cover? All the way front to back?

Not quite all the way front to back, but side to side it covers the roof
It is a well built rack.

That does look like a nice solid rack. Good luck on the sale.
You guys have both seen my rack, it's also a 60" length. It will cover all but about 6" on both ends of the factory roofrack rails. Those are ~72" in length.
benulis55, would you be kind enough to send me pic/price of everything you have for the Fitchbox, i want to build one also. Rockiehigh at comcast.net

I never mounted it because one of my gutter rail strips is missing. I also would need a second person to lift it onto the jeep.
I can try to mount it this weekend, sorry I cant do it sooner due to work

Dont remember exactly. They have a yellow tint to them, but I think they are only 55W. I forgot to mention that the 4 PIAA light covers are included, theyre just not shown in the picture.
I work in NJ near Dover but I dont know how I could get it here

They look like the 510s that I have...4" diameter? Are they the fogs or driving lights?

they are 6" diameter, not sure if they would be considered fog or driving but they do throw good light. I had them for a while.

I wouldn't really know... but figured it'd be worth asking...
Any idea what it could cost to shop to 76262?

If they throw light then probably not fogs. My 510 fogs don't reach very far but put out a nice wide beam.
