Stock 52" Chevy leaf springs in rear Anyone???

I was curious if anyone is running STOCK height 52" Chevy springs in the rear. I know that some of the guys are running XJ springs reversed to stretch the wheelbase. I don't want that much of a stretch. The 52" Chevy springs supposedly have a centered center pin.
I want to know how much lift the stock 52" Chevy springs would yield?
And how much it stretches the wheelbase. I think it will be a 3" stretch???
