I have a really weird one for the electrical guys. With the ignition on but not started yet my blinkers and front wipers are all functional. I have right and left working and wipers and washer working as well. As soon as I start the Jeep and it is running I have no blinkers or wipers. They will not work for the whole time I am driving it. When I turn it off then just turn the ignition back on they all work. Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.
