Registration Clerk Required

We need at least two people that are willing to volunteer as Clerks for the NAXJA Registration Desk at the Slickrock Campground.

Registration Clerks Duties will include:-

1. Issuing Registration Forms for particpants to complete and submit.
2. Checking the completeness of submitted registration forms.
3. Responsibilty for the security of the cashbox and it's contents.
4. Handling payments for Registrations.
5. Sending participants to Tech Inspection
6. Advising participants on Trail Sign-ups

The Registration Desk is expected to be open as follows:-

Mon: 3pm to 9pm
Tue-Thu: 7:30am to 8:15am and 5pm to 9pm
Fri, Sat: 7:30am to 8:15am

If you are staying at the Slickrock Campground this is an obvious advantage. The more volunteers we have, the easier this task will be and we can work out a rota to ensure that the Clerks get out on their trails on time.

I'm volunteering for this but I'm not staying at Slickrock. I'm only likely to be able to cover the mornings from Tuesday to Saturday. We need help for the mornings which are always busy and a group of people to cover in the evening that are likely to be staying at Slickrock campground.
