Tie rod ends?

No clunks when going straight or mild turns, only when turned 3/4 to full lock and only one clunk per turn. Can also move the tierod and back and forth. Tie rod ends?

If you lay underneath and have someone turn the steering wheel back and forth, look for play between the tie rod and the steering knuckle. If the tie rod moves, but the knuckle lags behind, the tie rod end needs to be replaced.
