rough country spring rates?

Anyone know them? I want to get some 4.5" RC springs but dunno what the spring rates are. I spoke with a guy on RC's chat and he said 155 which is stock or close to stock. I would think lift springs at 4.5" would be a little stiffer. I'm not sure if he gave me the right spring rate or not cuz he told me coil spacers increase spring rate......

I did discuss this with him via pm in another forum. He said the 4.5" springs are a little stiffer than the 3" springs, and the 6" springs are stiffer than the 4.5" springs. No rates were given.

Excellent. Thanks Grim for confirming that. I wasn't really sure if that was right or not since it's pretty soft but soft is what I want.
