Yay or Nay?
Personal Experience?
I don't plan to use it, don't trust anything like it after seeing the ephedra recalls, but am curious as to whether it is snake oil or not.

Already there.
I don't think I'll need to amputate my arm because of a diet pill, but who knows.
The meth would be cheaper, expecially here.

FDA put a ban on Ephedra a couple of years ago I do believe. I have had heart "issues" in the past so caffeine and other stimulants are not the best thing in the world. I took the caffeine free Hydroxycut and it did work. It worked in the sense that it did "curb" my appetite. I was excercising more regularly more than I am now, and my metabolizism did go up, so the Hydroxycut did work. Hydroxycut is the only one I would EVER use and if you are going to use it definately use the caffeine free. BTW; it is expensive and one bottle won't be effective.

I don't think you look fat, Fergie. Did you notice how I was sweating and out of breath after chasing the dog down the street? I'm fat.

I'd rather be a little chubby and happy than pollute my body wth that garbage.
If you can exercise and/or do heavy work properly without looking like you are about to blow a gasket, be happy. If your body shape doesn't match TV ideals, so what?

Look it up. I wrote a report on dieting pills. Hydroycut itself is considered the most dangerous of them. Hense why the "ingredients" change so often. Hydroxycut essentially makes you not hungry and when you are you shit everything out unbelievably fast. A half dozen people have died from hydroxycut... Look it up... You'll see. Best bet is no MacDonald's, no soda, and portion eating.... And EXERCISE!

I used a couple of bottles of the original Hydroxycut, back in the day, and it did work. But, I couldn't write because my hands were so shaky, and I felt pissed off all the time. I tried it after the ephedra was removed and I would have a few days where one pupil would dialate and the other would be normal. It scared the shit out of me. :wierd: Fawk that crap.
Zantrex-3 works OK, but it still will mess up your world. I tried it to get a boost on an exercise routine. Didn't do that. I would feel too out of it.
Bottom line, I wouldn't bother. A few laps around the block every other day will do your body much better. The biggest change I ever saw from a supplement was when I added a little creatine powder drink to my semi-regular exercise routine. That didn't have any negative effect on me.

^ just be careful with the creatine, you should be drinking 64 oz of water AT LEAST or it will have a very bad effect on your body. My roomate was on it when he had drill weekend and came back and pissed blood. You should only be taking creatine if you can dedicate 5 days a week to serious lifting and can drink more water then seems natural.

Exactly how much water, I tend to drink atleast a gallon of just water a day.

I don't take it anymore, nor do I have a regular exercise routine. I was drinking a lot of water, though. We are probably talking about 7-8 years ago, so the products have changed. Lots of water seems key to doing anything.
Hopefully, I will get a regular work out schedule going again. 28 is too young to feel too old!

This is what I practice now.
Havent had fast food in over 3 years. I drink Lemonade or Tea, and have even gone so far as to cut out coffee now. I eat until I am not hungry, not until I am full, and I excercise 3 times a week at the gym, walk nightly, and have a strenuous day job.
I really was just curious, I dont intend to use it at all.
Moose- I concur.
Mark- I concur. :D

Oh I get it, you're just doing research to see if there is any money in that new career as a diet pill spammer.

They say 64 oz is the minimum healthy amount, i normally drink 32 in the morning, 32 at lunch, 32 during my workout and 32 before bed. Also, dont load the first week. Its bad for your liver and is a waste of product.

Im actually taking hydroxy cut "hardcore." I do have more energy now, and I don't eat as much. But it is a hell of a lot of caffeene  , so on the plus I dont drink sodas anymore and I do work out now. It's the only product I would trust and as long as you take it as directed you should be good. Just drink lots of water!

bodybuilding.com is a good place to buy supplements but remember, they are trying to sell products. You really have to be careful about what information you take to be fact anywhere on the internet, but especially when its about something your going to put into your body. Someone saying, "yea i took HGH and it worked great" could mean that his friends mailmans sisters cousing ex-girlfriends babysitter once knew a guy who saw a show on barry bonds. Just please be careful and get information from many sources and in general, avoid new products and things that sound too good to be true, because normally they are.
