Whenever it rains (or I wash my jeep.. :p) I always get water flowing down the back two pillars, on the inside. I have the entire back of the jeep Herculined so I'm not too worried about mold or rust, but it's definitely not something I like happening! Specially if I have stuff back there!

So where should I start looking? It leaks from BOTH pillars, too.

When I first bought the Jeep, I took off the stock luggage racks, and all the bolt holes & rubber "o-rings" are open to the elements. Will those leak water into the interior?

I don't think it's the hatch seal..

What else?

Oh right, this is on an 89 XJ.

Yea...roof rack screws have rubber o-rings to seal roof. put in replacement screws with some sort of sealant....will solve the problem

Awesome, thanks for the quick answers. If that doesn't solve it, I'll be back ;)

Or maybe I'll pick up a rack from the JY and put it on just to cover it all up.
