Lift height measurements

Just a question on what is the stock measurements and where should you measure. want to get an idea on how much lift I actually have front and rear.:eyes:
 
Just put a tape on it checked off the bottom of the pinch weld it is 19 at the rear and 18 up front does that sound about right for 3 in and 31's
 
If you have stock fender flare,center of hub to bottom of flair .17.5 front and 17read..tire size doent matter with this method.more accurate way is callled dirty method "search" for that one..
