i got bored and there was some angle cardboard laying around so i mocked up a light bar.

of course the actual light bar isnt going to be so angle cardboardy. and im going to use some normal gutter mounts like you would on a roof rack, and on the stabilizer bar that mounted to cross bar via cheop heim or something

You want to build this out of angle iron? Don't do it man! Just get someone to bend one up for you, trust me.

i've got a few more ideas i might consider. but in all reality im probably just going to buy JRC's XJ roof rack and move it forward

i got my light bar from quadratech, $100 holds 4 7" lights no problem even with my taxed procomp 3" lift in the desert its strong for a non racer

Ahh.. I just sold my light rack for 60 bucks. I wouldve rather sold it to someone who is actually gonna use it for its purpose...

very small. if anything, make your wires run through your headliner and drill the hole through the sheet metal right above your dome light.

i was planning on doing that. i need to find a connector so i can have my light bar removable. but before i start drilling and what not i need to hear back from Jcr. and or go find one
