I don't know how to describe it, but I'm wondering how useful it would be to mount an extra XJ fog light I have on the subframe and point it towards the receiver to use for hooking up to the receiver after dark.

Is it useful enough to wire up & install it?

I've got fog lights mounted in my rear bumper and they are very handy for stuff like that.

I've got an aux. light mounted to my swingarm on my rear tire carrier. I hvae it wired up to come on when the Jeep is put in Reverse as well as on a toggle/relay to use as a work light when I need it. It works out great.

Here's a pic of mine:

They work the same way as Hale's. The come on when in reverse or with a toggle.
