clunk noise when trans downshifts

98 2" lift, auto trans, factory tow package, 1" t-case drop, new driveshaft u-joints.

When slowing to a stop when the trans. downshifts have been getting a clunking noise. Rear diff maybe?
 
Maybe. Check your trans and engine mounts. Could also be the bar pins in the shocks winding up and letting go--hate those things.
