Couple newb questions

Recently picked up a '95 XJ with a Black Mountain lift and 31" mud tires.

-I wanted to see if there is a way to check the height of the suspension lift.

-Thoughts about either going to a 30" mud tire or just going to a 31" AT tire. Im looking for something a little quiter and easier on gas mileage if possible, not sure if a 30" tire would look goofy with a 2-4" lift. Brand and size recomendations would be awesome.

The Jeep is daily driven and is stock besides the lift and tires. I will often go off road but no major trails deep mud.

Here is a picture of the Jeep if that helps to determine lift measurement.

looks to me like it's around 3" lift. Measure from the coil spring perch to the frame rail (i think this is the right method). 6" is stock, so just measure yours and subtract 6" and that's your lift height.

as for tires, I think BFG A/T's are the best a/t tire out there.

Figure out what you have for a lift first.
