i bought a 2000 jeep cherokee sport and i put a 3 inch rough country lift with 33 x 12.5 mud terrians on a cragar series 397 rim. Is it common that my jeep creaks when i put it in gear or brake and accelerate. I also have a rattle by my transmission. Can anyone help me

The creaks are common. The rattle in the transmission, not sure what that is. Can you give some more description.

Jeep sounds nice, like the combo you have 3" and 33s.

Which side of the transmission is the rattle coming from? My first guess would be that your exhaust mount near the cat is broken. Look next to the transmission on the passengers side and you should see an L shaped bracket coming off your exhaust pipe and going into a block of rubber. Try moving the L shaped section and see if it's not attached anymore. Usually it will stay in the rubber mount and rattle against what's left of itself. If it's not that than there are plenty more possibilities, just figured I'd start you out with the usual...

also if you have a tcase drop your exhaust may hit the trans bell housing
