Stumbling After Start Up,

So here lately, I will go to to start my jeep up and it fires right up but then it starts to feel like its missing and then when I got to put it in Drive and let off the brake..it like stumbles and jumps like its getting ready to stall out..but after about 4-5 seconds everything is fine.... any ides?

Sounds a lot like mine has been behaving - have you checked the ignition system? (plugs, wires, cap, etc)

Well, the IAC module is new, the TPS is new, and the plugs are pretty new. the wires are not that old either.
I will probably pull the plugs tomorrow afternoon and see what they look like. I have a few extra plugs laying around.

Check #3 injector sounds like you have hot soak problem.

Loose vacuum line to the MAP sensor, O2 sensor dying, clogged exahust-broken cat, plug wires, leaky injector(s),.......etc.
