Changed, switch chked fuses,heater blower doesn't seem to have too much power.
Blower motor IS ok.Could this be a vacumn issue?

You should check under the hood and check your coffee can. Out of all the broncos that I have seen they all have a coffee can that causes some kind of vaccume. Yours could be rusted out so you may have to replace that tin can.
